Dilapidation Reports: Our photographic reports are ideal for documenting building defects, movement cracking to buildings that maybe being lifted, and/or renovated, or for monitoring buildings that may have road works or major earth works carried out nearby. Special Purpose Reports: All our Inspectors have ‘hands on’ experience in the building and pest industry, and therefore can further investigate and/or give accurate advice for all areas of a building, eg. Asbestos information, Roof inspections, Moisture problems and extent of Termite damage to inaccessible areas of a limited visual inspection. Sustainability Reports: This is a QLD government initiative. They are compulsory declarations that must be completed by a seller of a house, townhouse or unit from 1st January 2010. The sustainability declaration informs buyers about the sustainability features of your residential property. Information provided in this declaration relates to water, safety, energy and access. Failure to complete the mandatory components of this declaration can attract penalties for the seller. You as the seller could also be held responsible by the buyer if any aspects of the declaration are false or misleading. Therefore engaging a professional is important in this process.
